tuesday, 29 of september!

soooooooo busy!
Homecoming week!!!
trying 2 fit in crossfit && exercise + float building & drama stuff!
Lost a total of ten pounds =D
I own!
& im gonna look great in my dress!

Friday da 25 of september

Okayyyy so 2day i had
*2eggs + coffee
*A saladd
* && idk whats 4 dinner yet!
All week ive eaten pretty healty & I crossedfited monday, tuesday, & thursday (wendsday wass dance =D) sooooo ya!
Also sice starting the paleo diet ive lost 8 pounds!
howw bout them apples (or not since i cant eat fruit!)

saterday september 19

I hked 2.6 miles or somthing like that && i played ghost in the grave yard! so lots of running yay! for breakfast i had: eggs && bacon and coffee
Lunch: a bunless burger W/ ketcup && mustered, half an apple, && somenuts
dinner: a steak!
snakss: a marshmallow W/ chocolate (im camping :( && a la croix W/ crystal light & rasberries!

friday september 18

kk, so yesterday 4 breakfat i had: 2 eggs!
lunch: some sausage thingy
Dinner: chicken + ketcup & a teeny tiny coke zero :(
&& snacks: some nuts+ a little dried fruit, a slice O' chesse & a marshmallo W/ chcoate-the grams!
soooooooo ya!!! awesome && today im going hiking!!

Well actually it's more like the middle, I have not eaten grains 4 over a month now! && I'm totally going to kick every1's asses in the Crossfit competition! Here's 3 reasons why........
